Methodology
We have to deal with a lot of clients, mostly from different industries and expertise. To give them the best of our solution, we implement a collaborative strategic approach that is all geared toward creating wonderful and exciting experience for their customers. A work that gives good experience, impression and value to clients will surely spell success for our clients. To do such, we implement our so-called seven-pronged project management stages:

*  Discovery
It is the time we spend an hour or two to talk with our client. We sit down and ask them about goals, requirements and anything else they see their Web site should be like. Assets, scope and limitations, target market, and more particulars are also being asked of them and that is because we need to understand them.

*  Design
The phase where we prepare and really start with engineering works happen in the Design phase. We create information architectures, iterations of sitemaps, user interface versioning, and the design. We make sure that do rapid work so that immediately we can see what works and what do not.

*  Develop
What we design and see will work will be developed. Development is where we implement the best and robust technological solutions for every work we have.

*  Quality assurance
Questions are raised particularly about quality. Are we giving the best and only outstanding work? Does the system work? Is it usable? Finally, will the work give a good, lasting experience to people? If we all answered yes to these questions and tests, then we proceed to the next phase.

*  Deploy
It simply means project launch. Or the time when a project goes primetime such as a Web site. This is highly anticipated and makes us feel happy that we've once again made it through.

*  Review
It is not enough that a project we made or did was launched. We still make sure we meet everything that was discussed and tackled during the discovery phase: Are project goals met? Did we meet, maintain or achieve the quality and standards expected of us? Are all the parts or the specifications working? These and more should be answered yes before we really feel satisfied.

* Maintenance
Do we have to say more? This is about keeping the brand promise. We tell clients that the work we did should have to be maintained to ensure long and lasting relationship with their customers. Of course, who would want an abandoned work.
