Privacy Policy

At TechnoMile, we want you to know how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you. By interacting with our website, you consent to the use of information that is collected or submitted as described in this privacy policy. We may change or add to this privacy policy, so we encourage you to review it periodically.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. When we collect or transmit sensitive information, such as your name and email, we use industry-standard methods to protect that information. However, no website, mobile application, database, or system is completely secure or “hacker proof.” You are also responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure or misuse.

We may collect information that you choose to provide on the TechnoMile website, such as when you:

  • Request a demonstration, product/service information, or use the Contact Us form. This information may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.

  • Make information available to us via social networking logins, such as Facebook or Twitter.

  • Participate in chats, web forums, or other interactive sessions. When you interact with our website chat feature, we collect the message content you submit, your IP address, user agent (browser and device information), and a session identifier.

  • Subscribe to newsletters.

If you choose not to provide information, we may not be able to provide you with requested products, services, or information.

Legal Basis for Processing

Under GDPR, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) consent — for analytics cookies, marketing cookies, and marketing communications, granted through our cookie banner and demo request form; (b) legitimate interest — for responding to demo inquiries, generating AI-powered summaries of chat conversations to improve follow-up quality, and essential site functionality; (c) legal obligation — for retaining consent records as required by GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Automated Information Collection

In order to provide the best guest experience possible, we also use automated information collection technologies for reporting and analysis purposes. We examine metrics such as how you are browsing on our website; the performance of our marketing efforts; and your response to those marketing efforts.

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us through your computer or mobile device. This information includes, but is not limited to: the pages you visit on our site, which web address you came from, the type of browser/device/hardware you are using, search terms, and IP-based geographic location. This helps us to recognize you, customize your website experience, and make our marketing messages more relevant. This includes TechnoMile content presented on another website.

On your first visit, we display a cookie consent banner where you can Accept All, Reject All, or manage categories individually. Analytics and marketing tracking scripts, including Google Tag Manager, are not loaded until you grant consent. You can change your preferences at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.

Social Media Ads

We may display targeted ads to you through social media platforms. These ads are sent to groups of people who share traits, such as likely commercial interests and demographics. For example, we may target guests who have expressed an interest in our Growth Suite. We do not share any of your personal information, including your history with social media platforms. See the policies of each social media platform for additional information about these types of ads.

Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@technomile.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
